During this step we are looking for security holes, privacy leaks, viruses in hiding, spyware, adware, malware, crapware, resource allocation, hard drive errors, memory problems, and overall performance issues.
4. Review. Helping you understand what we found and what we need to do is one of the most important aspects of customer service. We want you fully aware of what’s wrong, so we can fully celebrate together when it’s made right!
