Phase One: Pretesting
During phase one of our process we will perform several important things:
1. Audit. We will examine the most important elements about your computer, without ever having to open your case or take apart your laptop. Knowing what we’re working with and what you’ve got is the best place to start serving you.
2. Diagnose. Hearing about your problems and frustrations, documenting your issues, and diagnosing for further information is essential to understand your primary concerns.
3. Probe. Our process enables us to probe, scan and document any error, problem, and issue with your computer. During this step we are looking for security holes, privacy leaks, viruses in hiding, spyware, adware, malware, crapware, resource allocation, hard drive errors, memory problems, and overall performance issues.
4. Review. Helping you understand what we found and what we need to do is one of the most important aspects of customer service. We want you fully aware of what’s wrong, so we can fully celebrate together when it’s made right!
